Title is a bit generic compared to what's actually done in the tutorial - revisions might consider editing page name. Explanation on how to download specific subset of data is a strength. Some formatting issues with figures and wrap-around text could be cleaned up. More explanation of network algorithms and/or other options could be added. Strong contribution as is, though.
