Figure 1: "The green wells are a file which ultimately was not used in the study" -- what does this mean? Another spatial data set that was never referred to in the tutorial? In that case, why not just turn off that layer in the graphic, to avoid confusion?

Methods: differencing operation not clearly explained

There currently isn't enough detail in the tutorial to explain how to use the Differencing tool. Needs more explanation.

Data preparation: Constraints

It is not clear at all how you separated out the license status. Query? Legend manipulation? This tutorial is for beginners - you need to teach them how to do it. Under depth of wells, you say to use a query, but you don't explain why you are doing this, how you build the query, or what should be done once the query is executed. Under distance constraint, you tell the user to create a shapefile and digitize a new point. How is the user supposed to know how to do this? When you're buffering, you talk about donuts. What are you talking about? Not clear. As above, how is the user going to create the environmental concerns polygon?

Suggested improvements

At the moment this reads more like a demonstration than a tutorial. More information on processing steps will be needed for it to be really effective as a tutorial.
